1937 death of Peter Gow

Former Perthshire Rail Official Dead
The death occured at his residence, Ivy Cottage, Feus, Auchterarder, on Saturday (9th Jan) of Mr Peter Gow, who for many years was a well-known figure in railway circles in the western district of Perthshire. He had been ill for about a week.
A native of Callander, Mr Gow entered the railway service at an early age, and was eventually appointed stationmaster at Killin and Loch Tay, Kentallen and Dalmally. He retired six years ago.
He was predeceased by his wife, and is survived by a daughter and two sons.
